Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote products/services, generate leads, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities
2. Generate leads through field visits, calls, and digital platforms
3. Promote products/services to potential clients
4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
5. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
8. Prepare reports on sales performance

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales and marketing or similar role
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work under targets and pressure
4. Knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
5. Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Education & Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Relevant experience is preferred
