Nursing Educator

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Nursing Educator to train and mentor nursing staff and students. The candidate will be responsible for developing educational programs, conducting training sessions, and ensuring high standards of patient care through continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff
2. Conduct workshops, seminars, and skill-based sessions
3. Evaluate staff performance and learning outcomes
4. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
5. Update training materials based on latest medical practices
6. Mentor and guide nursing students and junior staff
7. Collaborate with hospital departments for training needs
8. Maintain records of training and development activities

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Nursing Educator or senior nursing role
2. Strong knowledge of clinical practices and patient care standards
3. Excellent teaching and presentation skills
4. Ability to mentor and guide healthcare staff
5. Good communication and organizational skills

Education & Qualification:
1. B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (preferred)
2. Registered Nurse (RN) certification
3. Teaching or training certification (preferred)
