Infection Control Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated Infection Control Nurse to prevent and manage infections within the healthcare facility. The candidate will be responsible for implementing infection control policies, monitoring practices, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement infection prevention and control programs
2. Monitor hospital-acquired infections and report findings
3. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
4. Conduct infection control audits and inspections
5. Train healthcare staff on infection prevention practices
6. Investigate infection outbreaks and recommend corrective actions
7 Maintain records and prepare reports on infection control activities
8. Coordinate with different departments to ensure best practices

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in infection control or clinical nursing
2. Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols and guidelines
3. Attention to detail and analytical skills
4. Good communication and training abilities
5. Ability to handle critical situations effectively

Education & Qualification:
1. B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
2. Registered Nurse (RN) certification
3. Certification in Infection Control (preferred)
