Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

We are looking for a dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide continuous medical care to patients and support senior doctors in clinical management. The candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment, and emergency care within the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide primary medical care to admitted and OPD patients
2. Assist senior doctors and consultants in patient management
3. Handle emergency cases and provide immediate treatment
4. Monitor patient progress and maintain medical records
5. Conduct routine check-ups and follow-ups
6. Ensure proper documentation and reporting
7. Coordinate with nursing and other departments
9. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards

Requirements:
1. MBBS degree with valid medical registration
2. Experience in hospital or clinical setup (preferred)
3. Ability to handle emergency and critical care situations
4. Good communication and decision-making skills
5. Willingness to work in shifts

Education & Qualification:
1. MBBS (mandatory)
2. Registered with Medical Council
3. Internship completion required
